An Exhibitor-Friendly Show
Every effort is being made to ensure that exhibitors enjoy a stress-free, rewarding weekend from set-up to break-down. When problems arise and they will show staff will be on hand and easily reached for assistance. The grounds and facilities will be open for exhibitor set-up from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. the day before the show. The gates will re-open at 7:00 a.m. on opening day for last minute preparations to be set up by 9:00 a.m.
The heart of any show is the commercial exhibitors. A special effort will be made to attract exhibitors to this show who bring something exceptional to the event. The goal is a show filled with colorful, appealing exhibits suitable to the theme of the areas they are in.
A limited number of non-sports exhibitors will be allowed if their products or presentations represent a convenience to visitors and compliment the look of the area they’re in.
Exhibitor inquiries are welcome. All exhibitors are required to submit an application. Once an application is approved the applicant will be notified with information about the space that is available to them. A 50% deposit will be due to secure a place in the show.
