What is the cost of a booth space?

Grand Safari Building: $500 per 10′ x 10′ space  $600 per 10′ x 10′ corner space
Heritage Trail Store Front Buildings: $375 per 10′ x 14′  or $475 for 12′ x 20′ (electricity and lights included, heaters not included)
Barn Activity Center: $350 per 10′ x 10′ space

What is the plan for exhibitor set-up?

The Fairgrounds will be available for exhibitor set-up as per the following schedule:

Will there be ‘hardline’ telephone service for credit card transactions?

Yes. There will be a hardline telephone available to exhibitors at no additional cost.  Each vendor is required to advise the show of the need 30 days prior so the telephone  company can schedule and have the appropriate lines ran to the vendor booth space.

Will there be overnight RV & camper parking at the show?

Yes. There is ample space available, with power in the lot adjoining the Grand Safari Building only. Upon arrival you will need to stop in at the Fairground office for check-in, parking and payment.   Dump station is available at the Fairgrounds.  Contact their office for reservations at 540-434-0005.
