Basic Handgun Safety Course

presented by Defensive Training Concepts, Inc.

This course is designed to teach the knowledge, skills, and attitude necessary for the safe and proper handling of handguns.  This course satisfies the training requirement for obtaining a Virginia Concealed Handgun Permit.  Participants successfully completing the course will receive a certificate.

This course will be held during The Greater Virginia Sports & Big Game Show at the Rockingham County Fairgrounds.  Courses are scheduled as follows (you only need to attend a single course):

Feb.19 & 20 (Friday & Saturday):  1st Class:  11am - 2pm   2nd Class:  3pm - 6pm

Feb. 21 (Sunday) Class:  11am - 2pm

All firearms and training equipment will be provided.  Do not bring any firearms or live ammunition into the classroom area.
