Roger owns and operates BKS productions and also produces the extremely popular television show Roger Raglin Outdoors. Roger makes northeastern Oklahoma his home and lives near Coweta. He and his wife Darlene have five children. They also have four grandchildren.

In 1987 with a growing list of hunting accomplishments already under his belt, Roger had scheduled four fall hunting trips in an attempt to shoot a single season North American deer slam. However upon the suggestion of one of his guides, Arizona resident Duane Adams, Roger ended up also shooting his hunts with a camera behind him. That whole thing seemed to be a pretty good fit for Roger. The events that would follow that initial whim are now history.

With nearly 60 full featured hunting DVD’s on the market, BKS Productions represents one of the largest active video production companies in America. BKS tapes are distributed by every major outlet including, Bass Pro, Walmart, Gander Mountain, Cabelas, Dick’s Sporting, Academy, Shields, to name a few. It is also impossible to walk into any rental outlet that carries hunting videos and NOT find Roger’s tapes. In fact ask the clerk in attendance whose tapes are the most popular and invariably more times than not their response will be, “Roger Raglin’s BKS Tapes.”

It isn’t hard to figure out how Roger has come to be affectionately known as, ‘America’s Whitetail Deer Hunter’. His big buck collection is recognized industry wide - by those in the know- as being the best group of bucks taken by a single hunter anywhere in the world. The whitetail section of Roger’s trophy room, or better known as ‘THE WALL’, now contains over 100 trophy bucks. The 70 shoulder mounts average a phenomenal 150 Boone & Crockett points! That is incredible in itself. However, Roger has never allowed himself to be pulled away from his basic roots of simply enjoying the hunt regardless of the size of the buck that’s harvested. The ability to have been able to maintain that type of attitude and spirit over the years is why people from all walks of life, all classes, all races, continue to be admirers and followers of Roger Raglin and his “BEST KEPT SECRETS” video series.

Along with being a talented and knowledgable hunter, Roger is also well educated, holding a Bachelors degree from Southwestern 76′, and Masters degrees from Southern Nazarene University 79′ and the prestigeous Duke University 81′. Complimenting Roger’s Education is his outstanding music talent. Roger is an accomplished pianist in classical, jazz and gospel.

His dynamic style and uncanny humor makes Roger a sought after seminar speaker not only within the hunting industry but the corporate world as well. Roger has been the key note speaker at dozens of ‘Deer Classics’ all across the country. This includes such established shows as the Dixie Deer Classic in Raleigh, North Carolina, the Buckorama in Atlanta, Georgia, L.L. Bean Fall Expo, the Hoosier Deer Classic in Indianapolis, Indiana and many more.

Roger also host and produces his own television show, Roger Raglin Outdoors seen in the third and fourth quarters on the Outdoor Channel. One of the most popular shows on that network, Roger Raglin Outdoors continues to air with high ratings and to the praises of the viewing audience; including fan favorite nominations. His show is sponsored by some of the strongest and most respected companies in the hunting industry.
