2012 Hunters For The Hungry
Sanctioned Turkey Calling Competition
The Augusta County Chapter of the NWTF and the Greater Virginia Sports and Big Game Show are again hosting this years contest. The contest will begin at 12:00 noon on Saturday, February 18, 2012 at the The Rockingham County Fairgrounds in Harrisonburg, VA. ALL PROCEEDS FROM THIS CONTEST ARE BEING DONATED TO THE HUNTERS FOR THE HUNGRY PROGRAM; so you will have a chance to compete for cash and prizes while helping to promote hunting in a positive way while feeding so many in need. Registration and check-in will begin at 10:00 AM. The current prize packages for the contest are as follows:
Prizes, which will be made up of cash and merchandise, will be awarded for
1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place in each of the following Divisions:
Senior Open / Division I: (Ages 21 & up, All States and Canada)
1st: $300.00 Cash and/or Prizes
2nd: $200.00 Cash and/or Prizes
3rd: $100.00 Cash and/or Prizes
Open Friction / Division II: (Ages 21 & up, All States and Canada)
1st: $200.00 Cash and/or Prizes
2nd: $150.00 Cash and/or Prizes
3rd: $75.00 Cash and/or Prizes
Intermediate / Division III: (Ages 16 – 20, All States and Canada)
1st: $175.00 Cash and/or Prizes
2nd: $100.00 Cash and/or Prizes
3rd: $50.00 Cash and/or Prizes
Junior J.A.K.E.S / Division IV: (Ages 15 and younger, All States and Canada)
1st: $100.00 Cash and/or Prizes
2nd: $50.00 Cash and/or Prizes
3rd: $35.00 Cash and/or Prizes

Registration Fee is only $25.00 per entry for Divisions I, II, and III and $15 for Division IV
